Cancelation Policies - Individual FIT Reservations
| 270+ days prior to departure: | Refundable, minus a 20% administrative fee. | |
| 270–240 days prior to departure: | Refundable, minus 50% of total monies paid. | |
| 240–120 days prior to departure: | Refundable, minus 75% of total monies paid. | |
| 120 days or fewer prior to departure: | Cancellation on or after this date, all monies paid are non-refundable. |
Rates Include

- Up to 4 dives per day on 5.5 days for 7- night cruises

- Service of Dive Guides 8:1
- Transfers from and to San Cristobal airport and the dock from Avianca Flight 1630 on the cruise departure day

- Dive Accident Insurance (DAN or DiveAssure)
- International Airfare to Ecuador (Quito UIO or Guayaquil GYE)
- Hotel stay in Ecuador (Quito UIO or Guayaquil GYE)
- Domestic Airfare to the Galapagos Islands (Quito UIO or Guayaquil GYE to San Cristóbal SCY)
- Galapagos National Park entrance fee $200 USD
- Transit card (TCT) $20 USD
- Hyperbaric chamber fee $35 USD

Under-qualified divers can be required to hire a Private Dive Guide at their own expense.
*For departure dates where rates have yet to be established; group bookings require 50% deposit of standard amount due to hold the space until rates are issued. At the time rates are released, Groups will have the opportunity to review the newly established rate and within 10 calendar days these must be accepted or refused. If accepted the remaining 50% of deposit is required to secure the space. If the Group does not accept the rates within the 10 calendar days after notification, their space will be released and they will receive the deposit paid to date back in full.
